Alaska hasn’t turned out too bad tho..other being delayed...20% of Winx is a good outcome...OEL must be a good chance with or without rebates to get an increased stake in the central areas because of the “..2 wells limited to $2.6m...” clause...I think GB will trade them off extra territory % to waive that clause which OEL can farmout in tandem with whatever GB wants to FO..?
