I think LPI owns 51% of their Chilean project.
BMG can get to 50% by deposit $3.5 million into Join Venture account even if they didn't spend on drilling. I already checked with directors. Once options are in the money at 2c, BMG will get $6.9 million (most of that funded by directors) and all they have to do is transfer $3.5 million into JV account to get to 50%.
