I already checked with directors. We can get $6.9 million (or $7 million, most of that will be funded by directors) from exercise of options due at the end of December. JV needs $3.5 million to get to 50%. if we put in more (eg $7 million) we get 50% plus if partner does not contribute, they will get diluted. That is we can end up with more than 50% while LPI may not able to get more than 51% of their Chilean project.
