But seriously, that's not the worst idea I've heard regarding SOC and it could be done regardless of other activity across properties if the grade is there.
Remember Jim Reeves from the Gold Father tv series:
"there's a name for people who mine alluvial gold without sampling for grade - they're called dumb asses"
Of course, this would not be the case here as you seem quite sure about the numbers.
