    No it doesn't. Have a look at the diagram above. Shallower dip means less mining cost as the pit will be shallower. It can still have the same thickness, there was just less waste to drill through to get to the ore body, which in turn is less waste to remove before we hit pay dirt when mining. I have been a Mining Geologist for a decade now, from the announcement, this is a huge positive moving forward.
