    Good questions regarding time spans and what constitutes a well... but regarding pressures I meant absolute pressure so 15000psi. But I’m not into having a toss off about it.

    As for santos they can get back down there and test a well to completion before they want any share of this permit. And they can get back in there and finish the job before their deadline too whatever, if ever that might be
