They need to drill the pilot first and run it for 6-12 months before they can start planning development. CSG is a slow process.

As I said previously I don't think they'll be able to develop the whole block despite today's ann. If you take the DST permeability in the deep well and put it into a model it will tell you it's economic but if you actually put it on production you'd run into this permeability problem that is the bane of all the QLD operators' existence.

I would normally be pretty concerned if a company with no CSG experience started talking like this as it's a good way to torch a few tens of millions of dollars, as everyone in the area have done at least once. But with Ross Evans in charge they should be ok, I'd expect they will develop the better part of the block and then adopt a stepwise approach pushing into the tighter part. Drill a slice of wells, flow test them, then drill the next slice until they hit the economic limit.
