I've held for nearly a year now and have noticed that someone always intervenes whenever the price gets above 15 cents.
It could be just someone selling out whenever the price is above 15 cents.
But my guess is that it is being capped by someone (Macquarie/Santos) who wants to keep it at this level while it is derisked so they can take it out cheap.
If you look at the tight trading range these last few months it trades within a very tight range, especially when you compare to other small and mid-tier O&G companies that get buffeted by macroeconomic shifts (i.e. even when there are no underlying changes to their fundamentals).
Something very fishy going on with CTP.
