Unfortunately the SOPHS would not want to wait for the drill bit to hit, it does not make sense. They will probably commit prior to any results so they can lock in a profit. As well, management would want to expedite the offer asap to lock in funds for the upcoming drilling campaign..
My guess 7-8.5 cents.
