I would have thought one commands a huge wage with a proven track record in mining. JPs background is finance, and is yet to produce a mineable resource.
Yes they need an experienced GM but can't afford one, what with the wage bill as it is. The next best signal to the market is when directors buy on market, if only to dispel any perception this is a lifestyle company.
