I don't blame people who sold today as the first pass is not good. when it's not good new, then it's bad news.
But I still don't want to give up at this early stage. The next few holes will be near CXO border. closest one is just around 170m away from CXO SRC119. Also this is just a small piece of this 7km X 7km land, the potential is still unknown.
