Re drill contractor's .... I would have thought the Company does...

Re drill contractor's .... I would have thought the Company does their homework then maps out & plans a drill campaign .... contractor then comes along & drills holes where management tells him to , he can only drill to a depth within the capacity of his rig .

I'm sure the rig guy would know his sh*t but dunno how much control / input he would have in regard to scope of work's ?

Again , with the benefit of hindsight .... execution looks inadequate . But like I said above , CXO's border hits , while good news have probably thrown a spanner in the works regarding depth expectation's .
