Blackbeard prospect seems to be the extension of Centurion in the northeast direction. CXO paid around 10m for that tenement and 5 other small ones in 2021. I would say CXO would love to pay 20m for our Bynoe tenement now, which is our current market cap. CHR should bounce from here imo.
