Yep agree. Before, back in Dec after the PFS, I discounted the entire MOU because the 2022 start date in the PFS no longer aligned with Win Win's needs of 2020.
Whilst there is still a misalignment I have rethought my view and think that the Win Win MOU is no longer fully dead. Win Win from my understanding was targeting there needs latter half of 2020, so depending when in 2021 AVL intends been in production there is hope that the MOU can lead to an 'equity for Offtake Agreement' or at least a Offtake Agreement of some sort (albeit there still is a misalignment of sorts). All IMO.
