    I know you have been watching closely since 2009. So you might be onto something re the manipulation. I'd like to see another top 20 to confirm. How long do we have to wait for the next one?

    In other news, the VWAP Yesterday was .108. That is nice and there are only about 200,000 for sale below that mark.

    A break through .12 is needed first, then .16 will be the target for most chartists. Hence the sell que.
