I'd say its1) capitulation; followed by (2) changing sentiment that follows copper fwd TA reversals.
* Chart: Tough to argue though that serious TA applies to a stock with this level of t/over.
* Magee's rule was at an average of at least 2% of SOI, CNB is nowhere near that.
Agree that recovery to 60c is likely within a month, and happen in fits and starts, hence the panic buying today.
