Not necessarily...as long as there has been progress they can hold here as not many will sell imo...very few will have an average of less than 1.5c and those that do are long term holders imo....so if it means the dam is finished and still waiting to be lined and there on the final bench....with drilling results for the magnetic anomally at pembroke pending and a mining lease for T1....all strength that happen post 1.2c retrace from dissapointed on Aug 31st.
So Imo they merely have to still display a intention to complete and some progress made anything below 1.5c will likely be gobbled up if it eventuates based on the progress mention above...
for me it would present an opportunity to buy lower than average knowing things will be completed G2 and T1 and drilling is continuing at Mt Cobalt...too much happen for the sp to slump from 1.6c imo
