I doubt it, someone is keeping it down here... Its the problem with 2b shares on issue, a decent holding or broker can push and pull it around easy...
IMO news is the only catalyst that will cause a breakout... the other moves are just fake to create volume or liquidity in the stock...
as per usual I will add to the 1.6 line
