Seems like limited good news on potential small short term prizes, great potenial news on big medium term prizes.
The small upper targets are less likely to be successful.
The big lower targets are more likely to be successful.
But of course many people react more with fear to the former, than hope to the latter - which is why they lose small and don't win big.
This is very exciting, and potentially life changing for me.
