Being a bit sneaky saying Range had "encouraging" DST results. That could mean nothing more than they measured a few millidarcies when they were expecting nearly zero.
The problem with the Walloons is anything under 30 mD is not going to work, and you really need consistently over 50 mD to start thinking about development. It doesn't sound like they got that here, but I wasn't expecting them to.
