In my opinion, the share price of eka has been lagging AUT due to the slow pace of development but this is going to change now. Eka having a smallish share - the cash-flow was disproportionately being eaten up in overheads with slow development and not much was left for shareholders or further development. Always look out the percentage of revenue being eaten up in overheads - this disparity gives rise to the share price of a company with smallish percentage not in propotional sync with the company having largish percentage.
