U4st has not been drilled out of the 4 1/2 liner yet, so they haven't penetrated the top cap and they have not gone into the reservoir as yet.
I think all is ok, just extremely disappointing, another holdup.
Cost? Another Rig shift
To be kind, I cannot believe the amount of disappointing misfortune.
I have seen things go wrong, but this is almost every well.
Certain mistakes are made on the drill floor, certain mistakes are made in Perth, people are under the pump, the weather is hot and humid and people lose concentration.
Saying all the faults are made in Perth is rather odd.
It is a team effort and people really should look why this occurred, or they will never learn from the event.
