tui, I think that BG did bid for it. AJL had indicated that for a fair while it was for sale. They know the value and they would have been hapy to hang on. They knew that value wasnt walking out the door and werent going to be bullied into a lower price.
I also think that timing had something to do with it as they sold their other interest this time last year as well (almost to the date). I think that makes it tax related.
