I would have little doubt that were the boot on the other foot Trangie would have no issues enforcing a mandated JV dilution clause on COB. And likewise I would expect COB to raise objections and do all possible to protect its interests. Its just business, I would prefer a more cooperative approach. IMHO a relatively small amount of cash may have avoided these delays. Obviously others may feel differently.
