It is a process, suffice to say I have great respect for the legal fidelity that COB will follow, they as the Thackaringa JointVenture Manager must at all times act in the best interests of the JV. It is important that even rejected approaches made in performing those tasks mandated of the JV manager are detailed and fully exposed on the timeline, a time will/may come when these are tested in a court of law unless some agreement is achieved prior to that. This delay will not materially effect COB and only brings a possible legal decision closer and then the courts will decide, IMO COB will have factored this in long ago.
