The lack of reaction to the drilling announcement may have been partly due to the impecably poor timing of releasing the drilling update.
Why on earth drop an announcement like this during the course of trade and not before the market opened??? Gold had a steller night, anyone looking to jump back into a Goldie would have been looking to park some funds somewhere and our board releases an exciting announcement during trade and we'll after the mad rush into the Goldie's on open.
I'm sorry to say but the timing of this announcement was very poor form. What a missed opportunity!!!- Release Date: 10/03/21 10:26. (market opens at 10:00am AEST????)
I still believe price is going NO WHERE in a hurry!!!! My calcs are Delphi can utilise another creep in early April so with 3% of buying to possibly come (no guarantee) to the tune of say $3million plus at current MC, every pip in price can make a big difference come buying time.
If Delphi are interested in utilising their creeping provisions, It
will be in our major holders interest that this go absolutely no where in the short term because if there is one thing certain in the market it is instos in general will always do their best to buy as cheaply as possible. They may surprise me and not buy at all in April if they are already heavy weighted In WMX??? Time will tell I guess.
I am very keen to see what our major SH does.
