This is a significant dilution of share holder value that will suppress the SP for a long time.
Expect a continuous dumping into the market to make a large quick profit if the SP remains at current levels.
My guess is that it won't, Selling pressure will drive it down.
Why would directors dilute the company so early and so cheaply rather than have small CRs timed with exploration success?
That's how you grow a mid tier mining company, exploration success followed by a moderate CR etc.
Until the potential dilution is balanced by exploration success the SP will be stagnant.
IMO that will take a compelling JORC resource definition and perhaps a robust Scoping Study or PFS.
and that's only if there isn't another big dilution CR at a low SP.
There could be 1B shares before long,

All normal !! As with a myriad of other explorers having 2 billion + shares out !
All irrelevant ! Only MC counts ! But i agree at a 33mio$ MC we need a inferred Moz resource ! No jorc or pfs but an inferred better indicated resource ! Urgently !
