Looks to me an entry gift at the expense of minority holders.
Why another 50 mill on top of 45 mill they have in this down market, and then the demand take up that exceeded the original 40 mill they were after by another 10 mill.
Looking at the quarterly, revenue will be dramatically increasing with further exploration around proven and producing fields.
Interesting to see that BG Group has sold out of SXY and is further committing $$$ in DLS.
Should see interesting times ahead.
