re: Ann: Drillsearch Energy announces $40 mil... SP may drift lower that CR; at 14% dilution we're looking at today's price being discounted to $0.99 vs the asking price of $1.02. So it all depends on what whether the SP was run up to support this raising, or that value is higher.

And that depends on POO.

But taking it at face value, it'll fast track revenue extraction so it's a good thing. But given there's no apparent urgent use for capital, then a longer raising with opportunities for poor unsophisticated investors like me would have been nice.

$45.6M in the bank at 30th June and can't fund these things via cash flow and/or borrowings?? Not sure this adds up
