I have used the services in Brisbane and have tried to use the services on the coast.

1) The airport option for Brisbane (Eagle farm) is too far away and isn’t easy to get there. You need to allow a fair bit more time to pickup and drop off. They need somewhere closer. Like airport parking facility.

2) There is not enough cat on the coast PERIOD! I gave up trying to find a car for my trips to the goals coast, very disappointing especially over the commonwealth games period.
