Ann: Dronabinol Supply Agreement/Sleep Apnoea Trial Update, page-19

Hi all, have invested today after reseqrching the company over the past few weeks. Have also held BOT for the past 12 months so very bullish on the healing properties of cbd in general. My question for the sleep apnoea pill specifically is around exclusivity. Does anyone know the details of the agreement between IHL and Dronabinol? Will it be easy/difficult for IHL to patient a solution that uses another manufacturer's drug? What is the barrier to entry for another company to do the same?
