It's noticeable that DRO consistently releases price-sensitive announcements before their AGM or results presentation. It seems unlikely that this is just a coincidence, raising the question of whether these announcements are strategically timed to sway shareholders' votes in their favor.To be honest, these past six months have been incredibly disappointing since I invested in the IPO many years ago.
Despite being in operation for nearly a decade, the company continues to fall short of their promises. Their decision to raise capital at 30 cents, when the price was not steady and without a solid plan in place raises doubts. At my workplace, even for a 100k funding, I'm required to provide a detailed business case, whereas DRO took millions without offering such clarity.
I have several other concerns, but I'll hold my tongue as I anticipate a significant turnaround in the second half of 2023. If DRO truly possesses world-class technology to address emerging risks, then it's important for us to maintain a long-term perspective.
