That $100m CR was only a few weeks ago (completed on 22 April 2024) so it cant have been for the inventory they just sold.
Rather, it may be needed to service other contracts, and I wouldn't be surprised if DRO were to supply some of the equipment referred to in the Australian Government (Defence Minister)'s announcement (on 27th of April), of a "new $100 million package of military assistance to Ukraine", which included "$30 million going towards uncrewed aerial systems", and "$50 million for short range air defence systems"! Afterall, the Australian Government previously spent 50% of a $20million budget on DRO equipment that was sent to Ukraine!
