This literally happened the last time DRO announced a contract win with the US Government for around 3mil (from memory it was in mid-late March). It rose from around 0.66c to 0.72c then dropped to the previous days close amount on the same day of the announcement.
I could be slightly off with my numbers, but it was something along those lines, so not surprised about today's SP movement haha. Then from there it was a gradual rise to the SP we have now.
