I was talking to a old defence college who now works for a major defence prime and he informed me the M&A team are currently undertaking Due Diligence on a anti-drone company (didnt know which anti-drone company). He reckons if DD checks out, potential offer will be made at the back end of the year or early next yr. He also said there might be a few other companies undertaking DD on the same anti drone conpany.
