You are assuming that my mention of "significant development" can only be qualified in $ terms.
What I think is key about this sale is that for the first time (as far as I know) the sale includes the "full range of products" and is an important demonstration of confidence by the buyer to go "all in".
If this is the first sale of a working fully integrated system, then it is important as it will offer potential other friendly buyers the opportunity to independently discuss and observe the whole works, operating in one location.
If it is not the case that this is the first sale of the fully integrated system, then I stand corrected.
