Also if they need capex to fill an order it will be a 30 to 50 million dollar or multiple orders. I have had a 2 year holding of dro in and out on different occassions. From memory we had a $20 MILLION in inventory build up for potential orders. No capex required unless they get to big to quickly. Its a win/win here unless oleg does something stupid. The main reason I have kept my belief in dro waiting on orders is that military orders take time and don't forget our civilian arm. Many prisons to be decked out in us and airports as well. Time is the key if you have 3/5 investment time frame investors should get a handy return.
