They already have the EU collab for the air space management system and it is highly likely that the commercial use will soon far exceed the military use.
Notably, drones will become almost disposably cheap, advances in manufacturing have made the production efficient and we are able to use cheap materials like those Australian invented cardboard drones. At this point larger companies will be able to deliver direct, likely medical care and items of this nature will lead the charge. I doubt food delivery will happen anytime soon, just too many drones and too many orders to manage airspace effectively at this stage.
