It would be very surprising if this was for the $33 M contract as DRO would have released the product much earlier if they were confident of delivering it more than 3 months ago and negotiations would have been underway long before that. What is much more likely is that someone has placed a small order to test how the product performs with a view to future orders. But the contract is obviously not material as it has not been announced to the market.
