I encourage you to do some actual homework first, there is a lovely bunch of posters here but you are only proving you know very little whilst claiming to know alot.

That drop in 2018 was because back then they lost one client worth over 50% of their revenue (that's like churn of 50%, much higher than their sub 3% churn experienced ever since then for 2 years). It was a painful mistake -it also no longer exists as a risk!

Ever since then Chariff/management have worked hard to ensure that never happens again and disclose to the market how much of their revenue is comprised of the top 10 clients. If you look at the last quarter, the top 10 clients amount to 68% of revenue quarterly. There is no single large source of revenue since then.
