I think to add to this point we had the in house survey that DSE completed which pleasingly had 100% of people surveyed wanting to renew and 97% likely to recommend. That is significant on top of the <3% churn that JAAr mentioned. You would assume this survey would be some of the big users of the product.
One of the risks i have always identified is that a big player leave but this certainly seems less likely compared to the earlier days of the company and something the CEO has spoken on and mentioned he "loses less sleep about this occurring".
