I recently migrated a customer from their incumbent backup provider to Mimecast and it took Mimecast almost 6 months to download all the files.
Moving from one back up provider is an absolute nightmare, an expensive and very risky nightmare. Not to mention all the legal testing that needs to be done to make sure all the files are accounted for.
it will take an absolutely catastrophic collapse of the company for DSE to lose big chunks of customers.
Not to mention that every day each customer is producing more and more data, which is more and more revenue. Even if we don't sign a single additional customer our revenue will grow based on the increased data generation.
Imo dyor and all that...
