I had a quick look at two recent announcements which, for what it is worth, suggest they are still trying to do the Dropsuite deal but could not see any dates. There were some interesting things to note though.
The supplementary prospectus on Friday said the Chairman will leave the Board on completion of the deal and appointment of a new director with technology expertise. I think this is new. With other resignations this would leave a completely new board going forward.
The annual report released today says re-instatement of the listing is a condition of the current capital raise (along with several other conditions).
There were also interesting numbers on turnover and customers this year but I do not know this technology well enough to take much meaning from them.
