DRP: ABA: Notice of Amendments to the Abano DRP

Abano has recently updated its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) Offer
Document to reflect current legislation, including updating references to the
NZX Main Board Listing Rules and to the new Financial Reporting Act 2013. All
terms and conditions of the DRP remain the same.
