    There are times I need money to spend on bigger things like heating, rates or car service - and don't joke about keeping warm in cold old Melbourne.
    I am in my early 70's and not on a pension but don't want to draw down on my capital if that makes sense.

    I have in the past topped up from capital when I see FMG trading at a bargain price.

    Maybe I am just a control freak at times as an ex gardener once described me. LOL Had he used the tape measure he
    would have planted the small tree in the centre as I asked. Of course I had him move it - my garden and it would have
    offended my eye forever more had it not been centered. LOL

    From memory I think FMG has in the past once traded below DRP price.

    Everyone's circumstances are different and some might call dividends holiday money even.

    Down the track of course FMG will be higher in price given our diversification and that is why I hold them. Not only
    for the additional income but for the capital growth as well.

    I hope you can understand my thinking.
