DRP: ARG: Argosy Dividend Reinvestment Plan Update
Argosy Property Limited (NZX:ARG) (Argosy) has in place a Dividend
Reinvestment Plan (DRP) under which eligible shareholders may elect to
receive new Argosy shares instead of some or all of the cash dividends on
their existing Argosy shares. Participation in the plan is entirely optional.
The DRP offer document has been updated to comply with the Financial Markets
Conduct Act 2013 and to reflect updates to the NZX Main Board Listing Rules,
but the terms and conditions of the DRP remain the same.
The updated Offer Document will not affect shareholders' existing DRP
elections to participate in the DRP.
A copy of the updated DRP Offer Document, and a letter to shareholders
advising them of the update, is attached with this announcement.
