DRP: EBO: Amended Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document

The EBOS Board has updated the DRP offer document to reflect:
- enactment of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013;
- changes in terminology under the NZX Main Board Listing Rules;
- changes to the ASX Listing Rules; and
- that the formula for calculating the number of additional shares a
shareholder will receive under the DRP reflects that fractional entitlements
will carried forward and applied under the Plan the next time the Plan
operates.

The updated Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document is attached, together
with the Participation Notice and Letter to Shareholders.
