Following the 15 cents dividend announced on 20 August 2013, EBOS Group Ltd
advises:

The Discounted Price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is $9.5268.

996,108 new fully paid shares will be issued on 22 October 2013.

The Discounted Strike Price being 97.5% of the Value Weighted Average Sale
Price (VWAP) for the 5 Trading days to 15 October 2013.
