Following the 17.5 cents dividend announced on 19 February 2013, EBOS Group
Ltd advises:

The Discounted Price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is $8.6764.

357,349 new fully paid shares will be issued on 3 April 2013.

The Discounted Strike Price being 97.5% of the Value Weighted Average Sale
Price (VWAP) for the 5 Trading days to 15 March 2013.
