EBOS GROUP LIMITED - STRIKE PRICE FOR 2012 FINAL DIVIDEND

EBOS Group Ltd has today provided a revised Appendix 7 form following the
20.5 cents dividend announced in August 2012, to advise the Discounted Strike
Price that is to apply in calculating the number of shares to be issued to
participants under EBOS Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

The Discounted Price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is $8.0277.

429,135 new fully paid shares will be issued on 5 October 2012.

The Discounted Strike Price being 97.5% of the Value Weighted Average Sale
Price (VWAP) for the 5 Trading days to 14 September 2012.
